Do I need to be a member?

No. Memberships offer the best value and are packaged around the full ELEVATE experience, but a la carte services are available if you'd like to try a session before committing.

How does the 3D body scan work?

The 3D body scanner uses an infrared camera to capture three-dimensional images of a person's body. This is different from a traditional camera, which only records visible light. By emitting infrared light and measuring how it reflects off the body, the scanner records the subject's shape in 3D space. The scan captures precise measurements and body composition data in minutes, giving you a clear way to track progress month over month.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. Visit our personal training page for the schedule and to learn more about our trainers.

Can I book a massage without a membership?

Yes — massages are available a la carte, as well as through massage-only memberships.

Do I need experience with the equipment?

No. Our trained staff will show you how to use everything and stay with you every step of the way, so you're comfortable and confident from your first visit.

Can I use different services with my membership?

Yes. You have complete freedom to allocate your monthly Accesses across our Performance, Recovery and Premium Recovery experiences however you'd like.

What is an ELEVATE Access?

An ELEVATE Access is a single credit you can redeem toward any of our services, so you can build your own mix of performance, recovery, and premium recovery each month.
